VENUE AND ACCOMODATION

The Location for Quilting in the Highlands is Berrima Patchwork. 

Accomodation is available throughout the Southern Highlands to suit all budgets. We recommend Spring Resorts Mittagong RSL Motel located at Mittagong RSL. 
   If you wish to book accomodation with the Springs Resort Mittagong RSL please book directly with the Motel on  Tel:  02 4871 3133   
Please mention you are attending Quilting in the Highlands. Space is limited so please ensure you book asap to secure your room.

 

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking a workshop place for Quilting in the Highlands you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions

To secure your place a deposit must be paid.  Your place is not booked until this deposit has been received. 

Mobile phones are allowed in the classroom but only when turned to silence or vibrate. No electronic recording of workshops is allowed. No visitors will be permitted into any of the classrooms or allowed to accompany students during Quilting in The Highlands.

By booking a workshop place you agree that you are attending at your own risk. Berrima Patchwork, Quilting in the Highlands take no responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to property. We recommend that you do not leave any personal items in the classrooms while you are not in attendance. Berrima Patchwork will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage of any property left in the classroom overnight.  

During the class photos will be taken for promotional and advertising purposes to be used by Berrima Patchwork on our website/newsletters/blog.

We respect and support the integrity of our teachers’ intellectual property rights. As a result these classes are strictly for retail customers (industry related non-professionals) By booking a place in these workshops you acknowledge and agree that works from the classes will not be used in any way as a teaching tool. The workshops and all notes provided are copyright to the teacher. Photocopying or reproducing of the notes is also prohibited by this copyright. If evidence is found of a breach of this copyright Berrima Patchwork will seek legal advice on behalf of their teachers.

Berrima Patchwork reserves all rights to decline enrolments. Berrima Patchwork reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.

  

Cancellation Policy

Berrima Patchwork does not accept responsibility for changes in the personal circumstances of its
students. If you cancel your place prior to 15th March 2017 you will receive a full refund less an administrative fee of $50 per workshop. Cancellation after the 15th March 2017 No refund will be given unless place can be filled. 

Berrima Patchwork reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum numbers for a workshop have not been met. In this event students will be provided with the opportunity to change to another workshop or receive a full refund. In the event of a tutor cancellation due to illness or unforeseen
circumstances  and workshop cancelled, students will be provided with the opportunity to change to another workshop or receive a full refund.
