Whirly Girly is a smooth, circular skirt that uses either purchased bias binding or custom-made bias binding for the waistband and hem(s). Can be made with two skirt layers to take advantage of all the fun, coordinatinating fabrics. Bella is a full and playful skirt with a top layer of tulle and ribbon/tulle ruffle. Lots of options for creativity.
