Customer Service Hours
Berrima Patchwork online customer service hours are between 10am to 4pm (AEST), 6 days a week (not available on Tuesdays). We can be contacted by telephone on (02) 4877 1382.

All fabrics are 100% cotton. Fabrics measure approximately 110cm to 114cm in width  (unless stated). Bali/Batik Fabrics measure approximately 110cm - 105cm in width. We recommend that you pre-wash all your fabrics prior to use and Berrima Patchwork cannot guarantee or be held responsible for shrinkage or colour run of the fabrics.

Ordering and Delivery
Berrima Patchwork uses Australia Post to deliver orders and orders are sent only through Express Post. Orders are fulfilled via Australia Post within 3 days of the date the order is processed (payment taken) unless a special order or product is out of stock. Berrima Patchwork online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. Berrima Patchwork always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.

Berrima Patchwork will not charge you credit card until we process your order in the store. No payment is charge immediately when you place your order on www.berrimapatchwork.com.au

Shipping Costs

 All Orders placed with Berrima Patchwork via our website which is for over $100 (after discounts have been applied) will recieve free postage - via express post. A Flat Rate of $5.50 is applied to all orders placed in Australia. Our orders are sent via Express Post with Australia Post. If you order is for a small amount of fabric (under 50cm) or for just a pattern, this rate will be adjusted to reflect the weight of the product. For 1 pattern the shipping charge is usually only $1.80 within Australia and this will be adjusted at the time your order is processed.

For international orders postage will be charged when we process your orders. We will confirm the shipping costs of your order prior to shipping. We will strive to get you the cheapest price for postage and will inform you of the total cost once your order is placed and adjust the charge.  A Pattern only can cost only $3 for postage for overseas orders.

Online Payment Methods
Berrima Patchwork accepts payment via the major credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD as well as, money orders or cheques. Your Credit Card Details are not charged until your order is processed. If you would prefer for us to contact you via email or phone for payment then please state this in your contact details comment section.

Refunds and Returns
Berrima Patchwork does not accept responsibility for a products once it has left our premises, however, if a product arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Berrima Patchwork will assess the situation for replacement based on a case by case situation. Due to copyright laws we cannot refund or accept returns of books, patterns or printed material unless faulty and will be assessed on a case by case situation. We do not accept refunds or returns in the case that the customer has changed their mind.

All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Berrima Patchwork.
