Customer Service Hours Berrima Patchwork online customer service hours are between 10am to 4pm (AEST), 5 days a week (not available on Monday or Tuesdays). We can be contacted by telephone on (02) 4877 1382.
All fabrics are 100% cotton. Fabrics measure approximately 110cm to 114cm in width (unless stated). Bali/Batik Fabrics measure approximately 110cm - 105cm in width. We recommend that you pre-wash all your fabrics prior to use and Berrima Patchwork cannot guarantee or be held responsible for shrinkage or colour run of the fabrics.
Ordering and Delivery Berrima Patchwork uses Australia Post to deliver orders and orders are sent only through Parcel Post Plus or Fastway. Orders are fulfilled within 3 days of the date the order is processed (payment taken) unless a special order or product is out of stock. Berrima Patchwork online orders are dispatched Wednesday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. Berrima Patchwork always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order. Signature is required for all deliveries sent via Fastway Couriers. If you wish to have your parcel left without signature please note this on your order - if this option is chosen Berrima Patchwork takes no responsibilty of confirming the delivery and Fastway Couriers are not liable for any missing parcels. Parcels sent via Australia Post are not insured, if you require insurance on your parcel please contact us directly on (02) 48771382.
All Orders placed with Berrima Patchwork via our website which is for over $150 (after discounts have been applied) will receive free postage. A Flat Rate of $8.00 is applied to all orders placed in Australia. Our orders are sent via Parcel Post with Australia Post or Fastway. For special orders for items not on our website or bulky items additional postage could apply e.g for batting/wadding.
If you require extra insurance on your parcel, this is available at additional cost. Please contact us for further details before placing your order.
WE DO NOT CURRENTLY SHIP OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA. We accept orders only WITHIN Australia. We DO NOT currently ship internationally. If you place an order for an international address your order will be cancelled less any credit card processing fees.
IF DURING A SALE YOUR ORDER IS OVER $150 HOWEVER, ONCE A DISCOUNT HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE IS UNDER $150 A $7.50 SHIPPING FEE WILL BE ADDED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED.
Online Payment Methods
Berrima Patchwork accepts payment via the major credit cards VISA and MASTERCARD as well as, money orders or cheques. If you would prefer for us to contact you via email or phone for payment then please state this in your contact details comment section. We do not current charge a surcharge on credit card transactions. If you cancel your order the credit card surcharge costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds and Returns
Berrima Patchwork does not accept responsibility for products once it has left our premises, however, if a product arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Berrima Patchwork will assess the situation for replacement based on a case by case situation. Due to copyright laws we cannot refund or accept returns of books, patterns or printed material unless faulty and will be assessed on a case by case situation. We do not accept refunds or returns in the case that the customer has changed their mind.
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Berrima Patchwork.
