BERRIMA PATCHWORK BRICKS AND MORTAR RETAIL STORE TEMPORARILY CLOSED REOPENING WEDNESDAY 22ND JULY.

After some very careful consideration we have decided to temporarily close Berrima Patchwork's bricks and mortar store until further notice. We are concerned for our team members and wish to do our utmost to protect them and you our customers. We appreciate all your support and ask for your understanding in this situation.

There is good news - you can still shop for all your patchwork and quilting supplies with us during this temporary closure via our website - www.berrimapatchwork.com.au
We have a large selection of fabrics, patterns, kits, notions and more on the site to choose from. We will be processing these orders throughout the closure. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.50 and orders over $150 is free. We are currently working on several new quilt kits, embroidery patterns and more - these will all be available to purchase via our online store and showcased on our facebook and instagram pages.

When are we reopening?

We know a lot of you are wanting to know when we will be throwing open the doors to our retail store again.

So when????? It will be Wednesday 22nd July (please keep reading!)

Why?

We thought we would take advantage at this time to bring forward some construction/alteration work we had planned to undertake in December. Unfortunately it is taking a little bit longer than we thought. Also at the end of this month we will be doing stocktake, not an easy thing to do as we have to count everything in the shop (that is over 7000 fabrics + everything else!) Because of this our reopening has been delayed to July.

Closer to the end of this month we will be releasing an exact reopening date.

So until we reopen you can still shop with us via our online store - www.berrimapatchwork.com.au

Order Pick up - Thursday’s

Pick-up of orders now available. Place an order either via our online store or phone (02)48771382 and you can now pick it up from our Berrima store between 12 and 1pm every Thursday!!!!! Sorry the shop will not be open for browsing or shopping on this day. It will only be solely for picking up of orders, your order will be handed to you at the front door.

If you have booked into a workshop with us:
We have postponed all workshops. Students who have booked into classes for this month have been contacted and new dates have been scheduled. For those of you who attend Vicki Porter's monthly workshops we will be arranging new dates so please bare with us. If you have booked a workshop for April or May with us we will be in contact.

If you have booked into Stitching in the Highlands:
The May & July Stitching in the Highlands can been postponed, all who had booked into this event have been contacted. Our other Stitching in the Highlands in September is going ahead as planned.

If you have a quilt with us for longarm quilting:
We are still going to be able to longarm quilt and will be working our way through the quilts we currently have with us. Once your quilt has been quilted we will contact you to organise suitable pick-up or shipping of the quilt. We are not currently accepting news quilts for longarm quilting.

We will be monitoring the shop's answering machine service and email during this closure, we will respond to your message just please understand that it may take a little longer to respond.
Once again we thank-you all for your support and understanding in this situation.
Please take care everyone and we will update you on any changes to trading.

Regards,
Sue and Tamsin
