BOOKING POLICIES FOR 2019 CLASSES

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING INTO A CLASS

Workshops have a maximum of 8 students. Tea, Coffee and Morning tea are provided in all workshops. We have a fridge in the classroom if you wish to bring your own lunch or there are several food outlets in the town. For those workshops that are only 1 day in duration we ask for full payment at time of booking. This is non-refundable, however it is transferable to a friend if you are not able to attend. For workshops that are 2 or more days a 50%  deposit is required at time of booking and this is non-refundable, however it is transferable to a friend if you are not able to attend. The remainder of the workshop fee is due 1 month prior to the start of the workshop. It is the student's responsibility to pay this amount on time otherwise your place may be cancelled in the class. Your place is not booked in a workshop until this fee/deposit is paid. Berrima Patchwork does not accept responsibility for changes in the personal circumstances of it’s students. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to lack of numbers, if this occurs students will receive a full refund of payments made.
Mobile phones are allowed in the classroom but only when turned to silence or vibrate. No guests or children may accompany students in the classroom at any time. We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time without notice and to decline enrolments.
